For app support, reporting issues, privacy requests, incorrect locations or feature suggestions, contact Road Alert NZ by email.
Incorrect alert location
Send the report ID if available, plus the correct road, town, coordinates if known, and useful details.
Feedback or suggestions
Road Alert is actively improving. Suggestions for alert types, map improvements and road data sources are welcome.
Privacy or deletion request
Email enough information to identify the report, feedback message or support request you want reviewed or deleted.
Road reports
Use the in-app reporting tools where possible. If something needs manual review, send details to the Road Alert email address.
Testing access
Tester questions, install issues and Play Store access problems can be sent through the same support email.
